Re-committing
Ok, so we're re-committing to the blog. For some reason we are not posting as we had planned to. Probably too many things to do, not enough hours to get them all done. But, I really wanted to have this be a record of C & V's first years and we're doing a piss poor job!
So, that being said. What's new....
Cristian is slowly adding more words to his vocab. We now have 'car' and 'hi' (accompanied by a wave), duck and all birds for that matter get the 'quack, quack' with the hand gesture and all other animals are 'woo woo' (translated to woof woof as in dog). He's got 2 Romanian words, apa (water) and papa (eat). He knows 'apple' and 'cheese' too. He still loves his 'Wheels on the bus' book which he makes us sing numerous times, daily! He sure is a character.
Vivian on the other hand does not have much in the language dept., she understands a lot but isn't very vocal. She does have 'cheese' which it appears is her favorite food, since she never ever refuses that, unlike everything else, which Miss Persnickety refuses one day and loves another. She is quite vocal when she doesn't get her way though ;). She still refuses to sit down in the tub at bath time, which make is difficult to get a good cleaning, but we're working on it. At least we can get her in the tub now.

And, oh yeah, she likes to 'smile' at the camera now. Somehow she figured out that you smile at the camera. How cute is that!! I'll have to post some of those pics next time.
I (if you haven't figured it out yet this is M speaking and not S) have been sick all week, got some weird summer cold and had a sore throat and runny nose, but am finally better, still got the phlegm though, that's holding on for dear life. And my new thing is digi-scrapping (see the new header above, lol). I will be posting some of my layouts here, since they mostly involve Cub and Cranky.
This weekend will be filled with chores I imagine. Lisa's finally moving into her new house and we'll have to help with that tomorrow. Not sure if we'll have a family outing though with all the other activities. So, I'll post a family outing from a few weeks ago.
And here's a few other fun ones:
